| This section of the Polaris World Condado de Alhama golf resort is located behind the Altos de Alhama apartments. The Jardines de Alhama apartments are situated a short stroll from the Nicklaus Signature golf course, the “Foro” town centre and also the main “Oasis” town centre.
The apartments at Jardines de Alhama are carefully integrated within a luxurious garden and parkland. These properties are arranged in two storey white buildings of traditional, Mediterranean architecture. The ground floors are 3 bed/1bath and have ample terraces at garden level, preserving the privacy of the property and subtly harmonising with the surrounding greenness. The upper floors are 2 bed/1bath and also have a terrace as well as an additional spacious solarium terrace. Each central area has a communal pool located in the middle of each park surrounded by large open spaces. There will be 15 swimming pools in total.

The shopping centre is divided into two parts: one for restaurants, bars, cafés and their corresponding terraces, and the other for food shopping, D.I.Y. etc. The sports area adjoins an area dedicated to relaxation and comfort with a spa, gym, swimming pool and social club…A real luxury for the body and mind. |
