Apartments (Phase 1) - RELEASED
The Lixus palms will have a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bed apartments, all of varying sizes and only on 3 floors, as the ground floor apartments are cut into the hillside. The garden apartments will have a private garden, whilst the penthouse apartments have the roof terrace. All apartments will have sea and golf views.
Duplexes (Phase 2) - NOT RELEASED
The duplex properties will have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. They are to be spread over 2 floors and situated at the top of the development, backing onto the protected forest area. Each block will contain 3 duplexes and they all have gardens, terraces and roof terraces. All duplexes will have sea and golf views.
Villa´s (Phase 2) - NOT RELEASED
There shall be only 8 villas on the resort, all of which back on to an 18 hole golf course and protected forest area. The villas have 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and are on 400m2 plots, with a build size of more than 200m2. They are on two floors and have a private pool. Like all properties on the Lixus Palms resort, they will have stunning sea, golf and marina views.

Location Information

You can fly direct to Tangiers Airport from a number of International Airports, alternatively fly to Malaga or Gibraltar and take the inexpensive ferry from either Algeciras or Tarifa to Tangiers. The “Freedom of the Sky’s” agreement offered Moroccan airspace to the budget airlines at the end of 2006, therefore Ryan Air, Easy Jet and Monach are all offering low-cost flights from many major airports.

TANGIERS
Only 45 minutes drive from Lixus lies the bustling city of Tangiers. With its famous ´Kasbah´, thriving night life, beautiful beaches and undeniable character, Tangiers is somewhere everyone must see once! The city is currently having a complete make over and with a new stadium in construction, new commercial port being built, the old port being changed to a marina, investigations being carried out to introduce an underground tunnel to Spain, historical hot spots, not to mention fantastic touristic developments and numerous golf courses, it’s clear to see where this city is going...

LARACHE
5 minutes by car and soon to be linked to Lixus by a new bridge, the town of Larache offers visitors the opportunity to relax in a small Moroccan fishing town, which maintains a Spanish feel from the time of colonization. With its White washed houses, blue doors, quaint fish restaurants and long wide beaches, Larache is another town perfect for tourists. Larache like Tangiers and Morocco as a whole is undergoing massive re-development in light of the Kings 2010 Plan Azur programme.

LIXUS
Few other Roman ruins in North Africa have a more picturesque setting than Lixus. The wide Loukkos River meanders through the open fields beneath the hill of Lixus with plenty of space for both sunrise and sunset. The Lixus ruins have one more surprise to its visitors: there are no guards here! The ruins offer a tremendous experience, as there is a very good chance that you will have it all to yourself. Walking around the area without the nuisance of tourist crowds gives you a very direct experience to the history of the ancient settlement.
