Morocco Inspection Visits
  
 

We do recommend that you do join us on our inspection tour. Our client services team will be happy to assist you with booking your flights and hotel accommodation if required. You will be met at Malaga airport by one of our local British representatives, taken to your overnight accommodation in Spain or alternatively chauffeur driven to a port of departure (Algeciras or Tarfia) for your onward journey to Morocco (dependent on flight times and development location). There is no charge for this service.

During your stay you will be looked after in a friendly, comfortable environment, with absolutely no pressure to buy.

Whenever possible our viewings will be on a one-to-one basis.

The Tour

The crossing to Morocco is an enjoyable mini-cruise - it is a short 35 minute journey via high-speed jet ferry, at no cost to your self.
It is a short drive once you disembark the ferry at either Ceuta (Mediterranean Coast) or Tangiers (Atlantic Coast) to our developments. You will also be given a tour of the surrounding area. During lunch at one of the local restaurants our representative will be pleased to answer any questions you may have in relation to any of our developments, reservation process, etc.
Then it’s back to the port for your return journey to your hotel.
After a well earned rest you will be taken back to Malaga airport in good time for your return to the UK.

You must book and pay for your own flights and accommodation. Please note on all successful purchases you will be reimbursed for travel & accommodation costs of up to 250€ per person (maximum of 2 persons per trip). We will pay for ferry transfers, meals and refreshments will be provided throughout the tour. (This offer only applies to a maximum of two people for two nights, any variation needs to be confirmed with the booking office).

The visit will last 3 days, 2 nights.

To take full advantage of this fantastic offer; simply follow this procedure:

  • Contact us to confirm available dates. (you may click the call back request)

  • Book both your flight to Malaga airport and local accommodation or alternatively this can be booked on your behalf.

  • Advise our office of your flight number and arrival time.

  • Upon arrival you will be collected from Malaga airport and driven you to your accommodation or the development.

  • Sit back, relax and enjoy our tour.

  • Finally you will be driven back to Malaga airport in good time for your return to the UK.

    FEZ & MARRAKECH INSPECTION TRIPS - you can fly direct to a local airport where our representative will collect you from the airport and take you to view either of the developments.  The duration of inspection trips to Fez and Marrakech developments can vary according to the clients needs. Please note that due to the low price of properties direct from the developer; trips to Fez and Marrakech are not subsidized.

RESERVATION DEPOSIT– This is optional

There is often limited availability of the properties offered and in the present buoyant market the availability changes daily. You therefore may wish to reserve your preferred property by payment of a fully refundable deposit of between 3,000 and 5,000 Euros (dependent on development). This deposit will be refunded in full if you do not buy. It enables us to take your chosen property off the market until after your inspection trip.
