Inspection Trip for the property in Italy
Typical Itinerary to view the villas for sale in Italy:
Day 1: On your arrival in Italy you will be met at the airport by a member of our English speaking team and chauffeur driven to the Lungomare hotel where you will be given time to settle in, relax and have a spot of lunch. You will then be taken to the old town of Brancaleone to acquaint yourself with the site and surrounding area and end the day with dinner before viewing the villas for sale in Italy the following day.
Day 2: After breakfast you will be taken on a full tour of the property in Italy. There will be ample time for you to investigate all of the potential villas for sale in Italy and decide which suits you best. The decision is yours; our teams are firmly instructed that you must not be put under any "sales" pressure while viewing the property in Italy. You will then be taken to Galati village for lunch and a tour of the area. Then off to the developer’s beach front head office where you will be shown all building reports and licences and given full information on the legal aspects of the purchase of your villas for sale in Italy. In the evening after dinner you will be able to celebrate your new home!
Day 3: After breakfast you will be chauffeur driven to the airport to take your flight home.
Lungomare, the three star hotel recommended for the inspection visits of the property in Italy, costs approx 40€ per person per night. The rooms are good, clean and basic. All rooms have en-suites with showers, a safe and t.v., thus providing very good value for money. A continental breakfast is provided or cooked English on request. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. In the hotel you can find a bar, resident’s pool and a lovely restaurant which does wonderful food and there is a fantastic beach close by.

Tuscany:
On your arrival in Italy you will be met at Pisa airport by a member of our English speaking team and chauffeur driven to your hotel. For morning arrivals you will be taken on a full tour of the property in Italy.
For afternoon/evening arrivals you will be taken directly to your hotel and, after a good nights rest, you will be taken to see the villas for sale in Italy.
There will be ample time for you to investigate all of the potential property in Italy and decide which suits you best. The decision is yours; our teams are firmly instructed that you must not be put under any "sales" pressure while visiting the villas for sale in Italy.
Depending on your return flight time we will either take you to the Leaning Tower of Pisa and drop you off* OR take you directly to the airport and view the Tower on the way.
*10 minute taxi ride from the Tower to airport
We use three family run local hotels (depending on availability) for our inspection visits to the villas for sale in Italy. All of which are clean and basic with pleasant and helpful staff. Approx 45€ per person per night (including breakfast), thus providing very good value for money.

Sicily & Italy Inspection Trips
NB: If you decide to purchase a property in Italy or a property in Sicily, you will be reimbursed up to 250€ per person towards your costs
(Reimbursement of travel costs will be paid to client upon settlement from developers)
Please be advised that your accommodation, for your visit to the villas for sale in Italy, is subject to change depending on availability, also, our property advisors do not pay for your meals or any costs incurred by you on the trip.
All flight & hotel reservations have to be booked on your credit card as Brighthouse Overseas is not permitted to book and pay on behalf of a client.
Furthermore should the airline overbook flights or cancel then you are insured and can demand a refund/change of flights as you legally own the tickets. That way you can still come on the inspection trip and visit the property in Italy.
These are very popular destinations we do recommend you place a 3,000 € holding deposit prior to viewing the villas for sale in Italy and the villas for sale in Sicily to avoid disappointment. The holding deposit is fully refundable for a period of 21 days, unless otherwise stated. Upon selecting the property in Italy or the property in Sicily you wish to purchase your 3,000€ holding deposit will be held and deducted from the purchase price. Alternatively, if you decide not to proceed your deposit will be refunded in full.
